CLASS
INFORMATION:
Daniel focuses on these areas:
Core: Done
mostly on the floor. The pelvic floor, waist, abdominals, and lower ribs
movements are emphasized. This class also includes upper body, buns, and
lower back conditioning, as well as stretching.
Move: This class is more
vigorous, but can be adapted for all levels. This class involves
sun-salutations, yoga poses, & exercises done with light-moderate
weights. Physioballs and core work will also be
utilized. Shoes may be worn.
Restorative: This is a completely
relaxing class done mostly laying down in various positions.
Relaxation, attention to breathing, and general physical release of stress
are emphasized.
